Critical Race Theory Class Prevents Student from Graduating

A Nevada high school is senior may be denied graduation and his high school diploma for not falling in line with ‘woke’ Critical Race Theory. The student, William Clark, was villainized for not participating in the class, “Sociology of Change.” This class is deemed as mandatory curriculum by Clark’s school, Democracy Preparatory Academy.

In the class, Clark and his fellow students were taught typical Critical Race Theory ideology that society is divided into two categories, oppressed and oppressor, and that these categories fall along racial lines. Like a quasi-religious confirmation, Clark was told to confess his “white dominance.” Clark is biracial while the majority of other students were Black.

After Clark refused to confess like a heretic being tried by the inquisition, he was given a failing grade, meaning he is ineligible to graduate as things currently stand. However, Clark’s mother, Gabrielle Clark, sued Democracy Preparatory Academy in December. Ms. Clark seeks to protest this racist prejudiced curriculum and to ensure that her son receives his diploma.

The Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism said regarding the issue:

"In the class, William, along with all the students, was asked to publicly reveal his race, gender, religious, and sexual identities, and then attach derogatory labels to those identities. Students were then asked to 'undo and unlearn' their "beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that stem from oppression."

Critical Race Theorists seem to be willing to stop at nothing to shove everything into a Marxist, racist framework.
